Notice of Business Closure for John Masters Organics USA

Effective January 15, 2025, John Masters Organics USA will discontinue all e-commerce operations within the United States. Please review the following terms regarding final orders, subscriptions, customer support, returns, data retention, and privacy. Please also note that our products will still be available for purchase through Amazon and the terms and conditions of Amazon apply to such purchases.

Final Order and Shipping Information
All orders must be placed by January 15, 2025. No new orders will be accepted after this date.

Customer Support
Customer service for order inquiries, returns, and general questions will remain available through March 15, 2025. After this date, inquiries will be managed by the John Masters Organics international support team.

Returns and Refunds
At this time, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us at online@johnmasters.com

Data Privacy and Retention
As part of the business closure, John Masters Organics USA will securely transfer and retain relevant customer data within the John Masters Organics Group, including international branches, to comply with applicable data privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other U.S. regulations. Customer data will be managed in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and the John Masters Organics Group’s privacy policy and will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill legal requirements. For questions or requests related to personal data and account privacy, customers may contact John Masters Organics USA support through March 15, 2025. After this date, the management of data inquiries will be transitioned to our international team in Japan.

Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to John Masters Organics remain the sole property of the John Masters Organics Group. The closure of John Masters Organics USA does not grant any rights or licenses to customers or third parties regarding these assets.

Governing Law
These terms, and any disputes arising from them, will be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
